The 7-stage RO filtration system and faster water delivery make this a reliable water purifier. No installation is required, but you need to situate the raw water tank on the base correctly, pressing it until it firmly sits without any gap. During the water filtration process, you'll hear the sound of the pump running (about 5 minutes each time) as it presses the water into the RO system.

The raw water tank capacity is 1.2 Gal/4.7L, and the filtered water tank capacity is 0.4 Gal/1.5L. The average lifespan of the RO filter element is 12 months, but this may vary depending on water conditions and consumption. To extend the filter lifespan, empty and refill the tank instead of adding water directly.

There's no need to worry about water leakage if you properly place the raw water tank. To do this, simply situate the tank on the base correctly and press it until it sits without any gap. However, do not add hot water above 100°F or other strange fluids to the tank, as this could damage the raw tank and filter element.

Before the first use, you'll need to flush the filtration system to ensure it's adequately flushed and the water tastes good. Follow the manual or video instructions to flush the system and empty the filtered water until the water in the raw tank is filtered out 3-5 times.

If you see the "E1" display while using the water filter, it's a 30-minute working time protection. Unplug the filter, wait 5 minutes, refill the water tank to the max level, plug in again, wait for the flush and filter water process, and then try pressing Start again.

If the "Change Water" sign keeps flashing, lift the water tank to add water and then reinstall it, instead of adding it directly to the tank. Ensure the white float on the side of the raw water tank floats after adding water - if not, shake the tank.

The water exchange is necessary when the water level is low, as the raw water enters the cartridge through one side, and the remaining water after filtration is the undrinkable wastewater with high TDS that cannot pass the RO layer. When the machine prompts "Change Water," you can then exchange the water.
